Throughout the whole book, all I thought about was how vibrant, optimistic and kind Stargirl is. She's described as "different" by the people around her, but aren't we all? And what i really really love about her is that she doesn't care about what people think of her! She might have tried to change herself and be "normal" to see if people will finally get her, but she is who she is. Stargirl.
